Upon the invitation of A+ architecture magazine, Aslı Çiçek was commissioned to design the scenography for the exhibition Across on Tour, an initiative of A+ Architecture in Belgium, exhibited in MAD Home of Creators,.

The Across Exhibitions aim the exchange between young offices from both Belgian regions forms an exciting and also necessary dialogue. The content of Across on Tour - one project from each of the eight invited offices - was displayed through a simple, straightforward scenography structure.

The exhibition design provided a display where all projects are placed on one continuous surface. This large surface was realised with a combination of several tables made of MDF boards with standard dimensions resting on slender, standard chromed legs, covered with a roll of photographic paper. The anti-reflective, very resistant paper covered the tables like a table cloth. At the far end of the table it climbs up to the top of a paper holder, also regularly used in photography studios and here it serves as a background for the exhibition title and at its back as a projection surface for the interviews with the practices.
